1. Qualification
1). The partner must have fine enterpriser spirit and strong
desire for success;
2). Fine skills in interpersonal relation and financial management;
3). Willing to take part in training;
4). The business capital exceeds RMB30,000;
5). The business site shall completely embody the quality
and price advantage of UBS products. The site selection principle
shall be PVA strategy. People, visibility and access.
2. Qualification
of provincial level general agent
1). Fine business reputation and strong sales ability;
2). Standard management ability and market expansion ability;
3). Confident to the UBS brand;
4). Relative stable and strong increasing potential in selling
UBS products (the first ordering amount of the Class A market
shall be RMB300,000; Class B market RMB200,000; Class C RMB100,000),
The HQ will expand the terminal network of UBS chain stores
step by step.
Qualification for
the partners:
①The principal of the authorized exclusive shop, as the branch
of the HQ, shall design and manage the effective organization
in accordance with the regulations of the HQ.
②The UBS digital speaker shall be the only one product in
the UBS selling area, assuring sales quality.
③The shop shall be decorated and the goods shall be exhibited
strictly according to the UBS HQ requirements, assuring the
image and the corporate culture of UBS company.
④Strictly follow the presale, selling and after sale service
principle of the company, establish clients file, assuring
high reputation of UBS digital speakers.
⑤UBS exclusive shops must achieve the following:
A. Uniform CIS: enable the customers to identify the brand
accurately;
B. Uniform business philosophy: It is the internal chain for
assuring coordination between the exclusive shops and the
UNS HQ;
C. Uniform products and service: assure the clients to enjoy
quality, standard and uniform service;
D. Uniform promotion: assure the implementation and effect
of "Ten Uniforms" of the exclusive shop.
⑥ The management of UBS exclusive shop shall strictly follow
the CS strategy instead of CI.
